Is there a free plan?
Yes we do have a free plan. The free plan allows you to use the basic functionality of Ellie (unlimited tasks/braindump usage). Our pro plan unlocks extra functionality for power users. Feel free to reach out to chris@aloa.co if pricing is still an issue and I might be able to get you a discount.
Do you sell my data?
We will never sell your data. We keep the lights on by charging our users a subscription and do not have any plans to advertise on our platform (ie sell your data). You can export your data at any time as well as delete your account (and data) through our web and mobile apps. You own your data, not us.
Do you offer a student discount?
Absolutely! I think Ellie is a super valuable tool for students. If you reach out to chris@aloa.co I can give you a code for 50% off the yearly price.
What platforms do you support?
You can access Ellie through our desktop apps (Mac, Windows), our web app or on iOS (iPhone and iPad) Unfortunately there is no Android app at this time but it could come in the future!
