Ellie Planner Fulfillment Policy

Subscription and Service Delivery

Ellie Planner is a digital daily planning application.

Upon successful payment processing, you will receive immediate access to your Ellie Planner account and all features included in your selected subscription plan.

Access is provided through our web application and/or mobile apps, depending on your subscription tier.


Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Ellie Planner for any reason within the first 14 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer service team at chris@ellieplanner.com.

Pro-rated Refunds

For subscription cancellations after the initial 14-day period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.

  • Annual subscriptions: We may provide pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for the unused portion of your subscription. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after continued use beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee period

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation Process

You may cancel your Ellie Planner subscription at any time through:

  1. Your account settings page under "Manage Subscription"

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will retain access to Ellie Planner until the end of your current billing period.

  • Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

  • After your paid period ends, your account will automatically convert to our free tier, and all your planning data will remain accessible.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain access to premium features. Since your account automatically converts to the free tier after cancellation, all your planning data will remain intact and accessible when you reactivate.

Free Trial Terms

If you signed up using a free trial:

  • No payment will be processed until the trial period ends.

  • You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your selected payment method will be charged for the subscription plan you chose during signup.

Account and Data Access

Your access to Ellie Planner features depends on your subscription status:

  • Active subscription: Full access to all features included in your plan

  • Expired subscription: Your account automatically converts to our free tier

  • Free tier users: Limited access to basic planning features as specified on our pricing page
